Emma Ashru Jones is a senior strategist, leadership programme facilitator, and Integral Coach (PCC), helping teams and organisations not just navigate change, but thrive through it. She works by listening deeply to people, understanding what matters most, and stepping into new possibilities together.

She has led projects for global brands including Jaguar Land Rover, Unilever, Oprah Winfrey Network, and IHG Hotels, as well as NGOs and social enterprises such as RSPCA, The National Trust, and Moorfields Eye Hospital. Emma designed and facilitated Reclaiming Agency, the first purpose-driven leadership programme for the creative industry, which inspired the award-winning Purpose Disruptors network.

Currently Special Projects Lead at Forward Institute, Emma supports leaders in building organisations the future demands, while continuing to coach leaders and teams - often bringing them out of the boardroom and into the green spaces of London to reconnect with purpose and possibility.
